The brand
The "Bootgly" name and the Bootgly logo identify the Bootgly project and are held by Codecious — Rodrigo de Araujo Vieira Tecnologia da Informação LTDA. The MIT license grants broad rights over the source code — it does not grant rights over the name or the logo.
You may, without asking
Refer to the project by name in articles, tutorials, talks, benchmarks and comparisons.
State that your package, extension or application works with Bootgly — for example "Acme Queue for Bootgly" — as long as it is clear the project is yours, not an official Bootgly product.
Use unmodified screenshots of Bootgly software and websites.
Please do not
Use "Bootgly" or the logo in a company name, product name or domain name in a way that suggests official affiliation or endorsement.
Modify the logo, recolor it beyond documented variants, or use it as the icon of your own product.
Imply that the Bootgly project sponsors or certifies your product or service when it does not.
